Welcome to Root & Branch Camarillo Tree Services. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Provided

Root & Branch Camarillo Tree Services provides professional tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, and land clearing. All services are performed by trained and certified professionals.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All service agreements are subject to our assessment of site conditions, safety requirements, and available resources.

Estimates and Quotes

We provide free estimates for most services. All estimates are based on our professional assessment of the work required and site conditions at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if conditions change or if additional work is discovered during the project.

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if materials costs, labor rates, or other factors change significantly before work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For large projects, we may require a deposit before work begins.

If payment is not received within 30 days of invoice date, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at the maximum rate allowed by law. You will be responsible for all costs associated with collection, including attorney fees.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We may need to reschedule due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new date that works for both parties.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area. This includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, and other items that could interfere with our work or be damaged during the project. You are responsible for securing pets and ensuring children are kept at a safe distance from the work area.

We take every precaution to protect your property, but tree work involves inherent risks. You acknowledge that some minor damage to lawns, driveways, or landscaping may occur despite our best efforts. We will repair or compensate for any significant damage caused by our negligence.

Liability and Insurance

Root & Branch Camarillo Tree Services carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, septic systems, or other hidden infrastructure unless you have clearly marked their locations before work begins.

You agree to hold us harmless for any injuries or damages that result from your failure to follow our safety instructions, disclose known hazards, or provide accurate information about your property.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required by local authorities before we begin work. We can advise you on what may be required, but we do not assume responsibility for permit compliance unless specifically included in our written agreement. Failure to obtain required permits may result in fines or delays, which are your responsibility.

Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee that all work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to address any concerns.

We cannot guarantee the health or survival of trees after trimming or other services, as many factors beyond our control affect tree health. We will provide recommendations for tree care, but you are responsible for following through with ongoing maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost opportunities, or emotional distress.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
